Sold out Kamayan: Friday November 10
Secret Location (0.5 mi from Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation) | 5:00 PM
This experience is a 17+ component dinner without plates or silverware, everything is placed directly on banana leaf and Ellie shows you how to eat with your hands. The table itself becomes a visual and gustatory exploration of the Filipino American and Filipino experience of kamayan (PH: boodle fight). It ends with baon, a specially designed box meant to take leftovers with you.
While we often can accommodate dietary restrictions, due to the special nature of this event, this is not possible. Likely on the menu: pork, chicken, shellfish and fish, nightshades, soy and wheat, dairy.
If you are someone who is excited about having professional documentation of your experience, this is for you! We will be professionally photographing and filming the entire event and post-production, you'll have direct access to high quality photos.
