A 19+ component dinner, without plates or silverware—everything is served on banana leaf and part of the experience includes eating with your hands—Kamayan style. You'll start with a zine (handmade booklet) that describes the meal and how to eat with your hands, and leave with baon—a specially designed box—to take home your favorite items from the table.
While we often can accommodate dietary restrictions, due to the special nature of this event, we are unable to do so. Likely on the menu: pork, chicken, beef, shellfish, nightshades, stone fruit, soy, wheat, and dairy.
Beer and wine will be available for purchase at the venue.
